This policy explains how Turf Minders, LLC ("Turf Minders," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through turfminders.com. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to info@turfminders.com.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, street address, city, state, ZIP code, preferred contact method, service interest, message, and the page or campaign associated with your request. We require a phone number because we use it to evaluate and respond to service inquiries. Please do not include sensitive medical, financial, account-login, or government-identification information in the message field.

Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4), a website measurement service. Google may automatically receive information about visits, devices, browsers, approximate location, and interactions through cookies or similar identifiers. Netlify, Google-hosted fonts, and other network providers may process IP addresses and technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

How we use information

We use information only to respond to and manage service inquiries, determine whether a property is in our service area, look up the service location, prepare estimates, communicate about requested services, understand which pages generate inquiries, measure website performance, prevent spam, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

Quote requests are transmitted through Make.com and stored in Airtable for Turf Minders to manage. We also use Google Analytics, Google-hosted fonts, and Netlify hosting. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the website and inquiry workflow.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or lead-generation purposes. We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.

Retention

We generally retain quote and lead information for up to one year after the most recent interaction. If you become a customer, related records may be retained longer when reasonably needed to provide service and meet accounting, tax, warranty, dispute, or legal obligations. Technical and analytics information is retained according to the applicable provider settings and operational needs.

Calls, texts, and email

We may call, text, or email you to respond to your service inquiry and coordinate the requested service. We do not use quote requests for unrelated marketing. You may tell us to stop texting or emailing you; we may still send communications reasonably necessary for an active appointment or service relationship.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information held by Turf Minders by emailing info@turfminders.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request and may retain information where required or permitted for service, accounting, security, dispute, or legal purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information and systems involved. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The website and quote service are intended for adults seeking property services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
