Quotes are non-binding estimates. Submitting a form does not create a service contract, guarantee availability, reserve an appointment, or establish a final price. Turf conditions, property size, access, requested treatments, and other site-specific factors may change the final scope or price. A service appointment is established only after Turf Minders confirms it with you.

Payments and cancellations

Turf Minders accepts credit cards and cash. Available payment methods and timing will be confirmed with the service. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. The website does not itself impose or collect a cancellation fee; any different cancellation or payment term must be separately disclosed and agreed to as part of a service arrangement.

By submitting a quote request, you authorize Turf Minders to call, text, or email you about that inquiry and related service coordination. Message and data rates may apply. These communications are for the requested service, not unrelated marketing. You may tell us to stop texting or emailing you.
